I usually love this place, but I showed up for my appointment today and they told me the doctor was not coming in. They did not notify me of this and I took off work for the appointment. The doctor was not doing any additional hours to cover these appointments and could not get me scheduled for another month. The front desk person was kind and it was not her fault the doctor called in.

We love the staff here! My husband and I have both been blown off by medical staff before but this clinic takes us seriously and truly cares about what we're dealing with. They work with us to make the best choices for care for us.

Absolutely amazing people, from the great receptionists to the friendly and professional nurses and finally the Doctors, they are not afraid to talk to you but more importantly they talk to each other. Yes it's a teaching clinic but every student is basically a fully trained doctor and they are not afraid to bounce ideas off each other to ensure you get the best possible diagnosis.

Office is nice, but do not like them. They put false information in your chart and won’t fix it when you correct them. The doctors rotate every couple of months basically and I do not like the primary care doctor procedures. They just shuffle you around to a different doctors multiple times and every time I go there I’m always leaving asking myself what got done… why did I even come because nothing ever happens as far as health help. It’s not like a normal PCP experience

There is a reason they have to hang up signs telling you aggression is not tolerable. The doctors are not reliable. I often get calls the day before an appointment telling me they have to reschedule for the next month when I've already been waiting a month for an appointment. If you want doctors who just adress you once then this is your place but if you need medical followup don't trust the student teams to be the same person you see everything. It changes. They've got some cool programs like rehabilitation with gift cards but if you need a personalized doctors don't go here
